The Leicestershire Golf ClubThis match was played at home with John Mawer and Kevin Macdonald securing a compehensive 5&3 victory over Scott Gordon and Anthony Lamb of Corby Golf Club - John gave some excellent feedback regarding the course.
"The course was in magnificent condition – the best we’ve seen so far this season. It proved too difficult for our opponents, who were used to a wide open course. They found our course very unforgiving, which was probably a good thing as Kevin and I weren’t at our best."
